 Thank you for choosing Learning Professional for career transition coaching. Before we begin, please review the following important information regarding the nature of our coaching relationship.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support and guide you in your transition from teaching to corporate Learning & Development (L&D). However, coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout this process.

No Guarantees

While I provide strategies, resources, and guidance based on my expertise and experience, I cannot guarantee specific job placements, salary outcomes, or career results. Success depends on various factors, including your effort, skills, and external job market conditions.

Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential, except in situations where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

Payments & Refunds

Payments for coaching sessions, courses, or digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least [24] hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the session.

Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching, including guides, templates, and resources, are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

Agreement to Terms

By participating in coaching services with Learning Professional LCC, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer. Your engagement in coaching constitutes acceptance of these terms.
